Pfizer is seeking an Associate in Global Commercial Analytics to develop KPI dashboards and standard reports, analyze market performance, and support marketing strategy. The role partners with IIS, Marketing and Sales in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment on on-site to hybrid teams.

The ideal candidate has a STEM background with quantitative emphasis, fluency in English, and experience in analytics, SQL, Python, R, and BI tools to translate data into strategic recommendations for brands

Formación

• STEM majors with quantitative emphasis as listed in the job description.
• Fluent in English, strong analytical and data storytelling capabilities.
• Experience with BI, analytics, reporting and data transformation.
• Strong communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver KPI dashboards and standard reports to support Specialty TA/brands.
• Monitor market performance data and identify opportunities to improve strategy.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional design, testing and deployment of reporting solutions.
• Coordinate with IIS, Marketing and Sales to ensure actionable insights and timely delivery.
