A Fortune 133 company, and a global technology leader, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative II for our Guadalajara branch who is passionate about being at the forefront of leading-edge tech!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Nurture and secure new business opportunities in designated territories.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling with current partner accounts to maximize revenue.
  • Find and recruit new customers and partners to grow the business.
  • Focus on customer renewals and contract extensions while maintaining strong relationships among stakeholders and client organizations.
  • Identify sales scenarios and opportunities to develop business to meet and exceed targets.
  • Gain a high-level profile and trust within the partner base.
  • Responsible for on-going Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process. Owns the customer interface for backend Quality processes: corrective actions, Field Quality Reports. Owns & Maintains Perfect Order Index (POI) and Inventory integrity to minimize write offs/bill backs.

What We Are Looking For:

  • You have experience in a similar position within software solutions sales, partner organization, or IT channel sales.
  • Knowledge or familiarity with selling SaaS.
  • Familiarity with Cloud Software Group, Citrix, and/or competitor’s preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills(hunting and farming) and capacity to upsell & cross-sell.
  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated with a hardworking and constant proactive approach.

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home.
