For our global TIGER team, with offices in Europe, North America, and Asia, we hire people who make a difference. We are hiring for an Inside Sales Representative to be part of our Sales Team.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will have your own set of clients that you will connect and build relationships with.

Your goal is to re-engage inactive customers, increase sales, and develop new business with existing customers.

Job Description

1. Call customers to re-establish relationships with TIGER and identify opportunities to sell TIGER products
2. Sell TIGER products to meet customer requirements
3. Negotiate prices and contracts with customers
4. Source customer data and produce qualified customer lists
5. Conduct market data analyses
6. Build, modify and implement sales plans
7. Prepare reports and ensure customer data is current in SAP and CRM
8. Support Mexico as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Proficient in English (written and oral) with a strong ability to inspire and influence others
2. Skilled in conducting market and customer research, selling techniques, and negotiation practices
3. Demonstrated ability to work with and through different types of people and personalities
4. Driven for results and self-motivated
5. Strong business acumen
6. Demonstrated sense of urgency and energy in a fast-paced environment
7. Good attention to detail with a strong focus on quality
8. Proven ability to solve problems
