MVT Logistics busca un Representante de Ventas Internas proactivo y orientado a resultados para su oficina en Monterrey. Este profesional gestionará un portafolio de clientes, generando leads y estableciendo relaciones sólidas mediante un servicio excepcional. Se valorará la experiencia en logística y la fluidez en inglés y español.

Formación

  • Experiencia operativa en logística o 3PL es un plus.
  • Fluidez en inglés y español es obligatoria.
  • Mentalidad ambiciosa y orientada al éxito.

Responsabilidades

  • Generar leads para construir un portafolio de clientes utilizando tecnología de vanguardia.
  • Actuar como enlace entre clientes, transportistas, expedidores y receptores.
  • Desarrollar relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes mediante un servicio al cliente de alta calidad.

Based in our Monterrey, N.L. office, this logistics professional will be responsible for working with shippers and manufacturers, overseeing the full cycle of each prospect within their assigned client portfolio.

To succeed in this role, a proactive attitude, quick thinking, and the ability to operate in a competitive and fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads to build a client portfolio using industry-leading technology.
Act as a liaison between customers, carriers, shippers, and receivers.
Develop long-term relationships with clients through top-tier customer service.
Manage client expectations and needs by scheduling appointments for outside sales representatives (in-person or via video call, depending on client preference).
Provide competitive market pricing for customer shipments using advanced tech tools.
Collaborate with the team to define pricing strategies and logistics solutions.
Apply technological skills in the use of computers and logistics software.
Communicate effectively, solve problems, and build professional relationships with carriers, clients, and other team members.

What We're Looking For

Ambitious, outgoing, and success-driven mindset.
Strong communication skills via email and phone.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
A university degree is desirable, but not required.
Operational experience in logistics or 3PL is a major plus.
Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual) is required.
