ROHM Semiconductor is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Distribution team. You will support regional sales, manage customer-facing activities, and coordinate with internal units to assist in sales support, product education, and order coordination.

You will interact with customers and distributors, manage quotes and part updates, and help drive the sales process in a dynamic electronics environment. Strong Excel and CRM skills are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work experience in business or sales.
• 1–3 years' experience in customer service or inside sales, preferably in electronics.
• Proven ability to move leads through the full sales cycle.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the DigiKey marketplace program.
• Update NBO’s in CLV as needed.
• Coordinate New Product Introduction process with CSR’s.
• Analyze and send Part Change Notices to distributor partners.
• Manage CLV quote approvals as needed.
• Update master cost book status as required.
• Assist with lead tracking via the Sales Support Helpdesk.
• Support customer inquiries via the Engineering Support Helpdesk.
• Coordinate with Digi-Key sample program team.
• Perform customer/distributor-facing duties as needed.
• Provide back-up support for pricing and registration help desks.
