Looking to join a fun, fast-paced team where your organizational skills and people-first mindset make a real impact? We’re seeking an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator who thrives on supporting customers, teamwork, and collaboration.

The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in supporting Southworth’s sales efforts by responding to customer inquiries, guiding product selection, and coordinating with distributors and internal teams.

This position will be supporting sales operations in our Mexico territory including Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, and LATAM. The preferred home office location will be in Mexico City.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and distributor inquiries within assigned territories
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to guide customers through the sales process—from initial inquiry to final order placement
  • Recommend appropriate equipment solutions based on customer applications and technical requirements
  • Prepare and issue quotes to distributors and ensure pricing accuracy
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to quote and deliver custom or modified units
  • Track and manage order status, proactively communicating updates or changes to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Support the Regional Sales Manager in qualifying new sales opportunities and expanding the customer base
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and order details in CRM systems
  • Follow up with customers’ post-delivery to ensure satisfaction, troubleshooting issues, and identifying future needs
  • Assist in onboarding new distributors and supporting their sales efforts with product knowledge and documentation
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience

Qualifications – Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
  • Several years’ experience in sales, with a preferred background in the industrial material handling industry
  • Mechanical and technical aptitude, proven organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and effective team collaboration
  • Proven written and verbal bi-lingual communications skills in Spanish and English translation
