The Inside Lenovo Contact Center Sales Representative is responsible for working with Lenovo's various sales channels, with Account Managers, with distributors, and online, to develop and close sales.
They will focus on spot sales and small projects and help customers close their sales process. They will seek out new deals over the phone to help them reach their goals, creating deals from the beginning to the closing of the sale.
Overall Description:
The Inside Lenovo Contact Center Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities, focusing on mid-sized clients and accounts, always following a follow-up protocol with response metrics, proposal times, and internal knowledge of Lenovo's various business strategies to better address the quotes submitted.
Measurement:
Performance measurements will be directly tied to the quarterly KPI metrics
Bachelor's degree or engineering degree, sales focus, technical communication skills, understanding of computer systems and infrastructure configuration.
Experience in sales and/or technology preferred.
Focus in teamwork; drive to achieve all commitments (we do what we say).
A person with clear convictions, very organized, focused on results and doomed to service excellence, and a great charismatic salesman
