About the Role

Our Account Manager will be responsible for renewing current Elsevier customers and acquiring new business across Academic, Government, and Corporate Accounts. The focus will be on Elsevier journals and e-books, with day-to-day activities involving working with current customers and upselling additional products.

Responsibilities

  • Renewing current Elsevier customers.
  • Acquiring new business and upselling to current customers.
  • Focusing on Elsevier journals and e-books.

Requirements

  • Have proficiency in English.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for customer demonstrations and account reviews.
  • Have previous lead generation, sales, or customer-facing experience.
  • This is a Home-based position in Mexico.
