As the Digitalization Logistics Processes Sr. Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our automation and digitalization initiatives, working closely with stakeholders. You will define our technology strategy, manage projects, and lead a team of experts. Your responsibilities include:

Job Purpose:

Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in project management. Knowledge and experience in personnel management, manufacturing, and logistics management (internal and/or contractors). Financial knowledge of projects. Knowledge of robot engineering and experience with robotics projects. Background in logistics. Experience managing project scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/subcontractors. Strong management skills in project execution, with excellent communication, influencing, and coaching abilities. Fluent English is required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies for robotics and digitalization aligned with organizational goals.
2. Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor robotics and digitalization projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
3. Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team including roboticists, engineers, data scientists, and software developers.
4. Technology & Robotics Evaluation: Stay updated on emerging technologies, assess relevance, and recommend adoption.
5. Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, including estimation, resource allocation, and reporting.
6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to data security, compliance, and technical challenges.
7. Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with external vendors and manage relationships.
8. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure projects adhere to industry standards and regulations.
9. Data Strategy: Implement data collection, storage, analysis, and utilization strategies.
10. Change Management: Facilitate adoption of new technologies and processes.
11. Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and report on project impacts to senior leadership.
12. Innovation and Research: Foster innovation and support R&D efforts.
