Una empresa líder en el sector manufacturero busca un Ingeniero de Calidad para desarrollar y mantener su Sistema de Gestión de Calidad. El candidato ideal debe tener más de 5 años de experiencia, ser bilingüe y poseer certificaciones en auditoría de calidad. Las responsabilidades incluyen liderar auditorías, colaborar con diversos equipos y promover una cultura de calidad en las instalaciones. Formación

• Experiencia de más de 5 años en Ingeniería de Sistemas de Calidad en un entorno industrial.
• Bilingüe.
• Certificación de Auditor de Calidad (CQA) o similar es un plus.

• Desarrollar, implementar y mantener el QMS según ISO 9001, IATF 16949.
• Liderar auditorías internas y externas.
• Colaborar con equipos de producción, ingeniería y cadena de suministro.

Descripción del empleo

Activities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other industry-specific standards.
• Lead internal and external audits, including preparation, execution, and follow-up of corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality policies, procedures, and records.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on quality standards, processes, and best practices.
• Train People on Process Audit and certify them as an Internal Auditors.
• Key Support role for the Digitalization process within the Quality Department KPI Monitoring and reporting Manage and analyze reports Provide leadership and direction to the Document Control Agents, quality Reviewers and other functions involved in the Document Control approval process.
• Responsible to promote the Quality Culture within the sites in Mexico.
• Track, Measure and Report the Corrective Actions Process Lead and Design the Process Deviation, Track, measure and report status and escalations. Design, Track, Measure and Report the Corrective Actions Process.
• Creation in a daily, weekly and monthly reports to show the status of the document control area
• Responsible for uploading the documentation to the internal system required by the different teams of the plants in charge.

Education- Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field

• Bilingual

• ISO 9001 Auditor Leader Certified Experience

• Experience +5 years Quality System Engineeringwithin a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or similar certification is a plus.

• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, and Six Sigma.

• Process Improvement, attention to detail, Communication and Training Skills, Leadership, Capacity for analysis, teamwork.

• Experience in Quality Operations (Auditing, QMS, Continuous Improvement)

• Strong Knowledge in ISO 9001, UL, IATF 16949 is a plus
