Responsible for planning, developing, validating, and improving manufacturing processes for goods and/or services that meet customer requirements in terms of volume, quality, and cost, within established timelines in an efficient manner. Ensure compliance with applicable Quality and Environmental Management System requirements.
Responsibilities
Directly responsible for the development, evaluation, and improvement of manufacturing processes using Industrial Engineering standards.
Responsible for the introduction, transfer, and implementation of new products and/or processes according to customer expectations.
Responsible for the implementation of ECOs, PCNs, and process deviations.
Develop Assembly Methods, Process Flow, PFMEAs (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and Standardized Work.
Develop and execute Process and Product Validation Protocols.
Develop, Modify, and Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Engineering Function.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering.
Familiarity with process control.
Excellent written and oral skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
3 to 5 years in Manufacturing Process Management.
Requires knowledge of Manufacturing Systems, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), MRP, MTM, New Product Introduction Processes, Re-Engineering Processes, Maintenance, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Cost Reduction, Project Management, ISO/QS, Environmental and Safety Standards, etc.
Knowledge of Wire Bond, Laser, and Burning.
