Littelfuse is seeking an EHS Engineer to design and improve health and safety measures across facilities. You will develop prevention plans, coordinate with departments, and ensure compliance with the EHS Management System.

Responsibilities include evaluating risks, supporting audits, and maintaining ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 procedures. Strong communication and training delivery are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• 3 years of experience in safety supervision or similar.
• Experience delivering training courses.
• Knowledge of the legal framework regarding Environment, Health, and Safety.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsabilidades

• Identifies and evaluates health and safety risks; coordinates actions to mitigate risks and ensures controls are appropriate and improvements are sustained.
• Supports audits of the EHS system and environment, health, and safety program and assists in updating procedures and instructions.
• Develops, implements, and maintains EHS system procedures in compliance with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, the Code of Conduct, and IDM’s internal regulations.
• Monitors the closure and corrective actions resulting from workplace accidents or environmental incidents.
