Requirements

Master's or Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in control systems. Significant experience (5+ years) in the design and implementation of flight control systems. Expertise in control theory, including modern and classical control techniques. Proficiency in modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink). Strong programming skills in C/C++ for real-time embedded systems. Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation and testing is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Proven ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with remote teams.
