Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience with mechanical systems, GDT certification, and strong analytical skills. Formación

• 3-5 years of experience as a mechanical process or maintenance engineer.
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• GDT certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and improve manufacturing processes.
• Ensure technical availability of equipment during all shifts.
• Conduct new product introduction and process validations.

Responsible to implement, maintain and improve the manufacturing process, ensure technical availability of equipment in all shifts. Fulfil Value Stream KPI’s: IDC, FOR, Technical Down time. New product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition, validation and installation on production environment. Develop process and instructions for processes, write material to train technicians, and processes for maintenance: Preventive, predictive and corrective.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Statistical analysis knowledge (Minitab).
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multifunctional teams in a global environment.
• Excellent communication skills: internal and external.
• GDT certification.
• Experience (3-5 years) as a mechanical process or maintenance engineer.
• PLC programming is a plus: Allen Bradley, Siemens, Micrologix.
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Design CAD: SolidWorks or other mechanical design software.
• Design electromechanical systems for automation or control of manufacturing equipment.
