Job Responsibilities

Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or similar (desirable).

Language: English proficiency desirable.

Experience: 3 years in a related position (desirable).

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Participate in feasibility studies for new projects.
• Support data management in Tras4m.
• Develop flow diagrams and FMEA for new projects.
• Manage personnel incidents in the Tres system.
• Plan and execute painting production activities for new processes and products.
• Focus on process optimization.
• Redesign ergonomic conditions of production operations.
• Implement manufacturing improvement techniques.
• Monitor and control painting line parameters and conditions.
• Prepare and update documentation for PPAPs and quality systems (IT, AV, flowcharts, FMEA, control plans).
• Plan cleaning activities for the painting line and hydrographic equipment.
• Control and innovate painting equipment systems.
• Monitor sludge pits, washers, and curing ovens.
• Reduce product quality defects.
• Develop assessments as per customer requirements.

Participate in developing skill matrices to strengthen operational staff.
