The role requires 8+ years in operations analysis, Lean/Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints, with strong leadership of international projects. Fluency in English is required and travel is occasional.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze global operational data to identify KPIs, trends and improvement areas.
• Design, develop, and implement process optimization across international manufacturing, logistics, and supply chains.
• Lead cross-border improvement projects with timelines, resources and stakeholder management.
• Create standardized operational frameworks and tools for global use.
• Prepare reports and present findings to senior leadership.
