The ideal candidate has a master's degree, 7+ years in industrial engineering, and strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, with excellent English communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, process optimization, or operations management.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects in remote or distributed teams.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze industrial processes and operational workflows across international sites.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions for process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams via virtual channels.
• Manage industrial engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Create reports and recommendations for stakeholders across time zones.
