Key Responsibilities

• Analyze global operational data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and areas for strategic improvement.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in operations analysis, process improvement, and global project management, preferably within a multinational corporation.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean, Six Sigma,Theory of Constraints, and other operational excellence methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic), and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex, international projects with significant business impact.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven experience working effectively in a remote, globally distributed team environment.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally occasionally, as required by project needs (estimated less than 15%).
