Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting kick off and safe launch of new projects, collect lessons learned in current mass production projects and implemention improvements in new project, assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control. To be successful, this candidate must be comfortable taking on a variety of tasks requiring diverse skills and appropriately prioritizing their completion.

Responsibilities

• review urgent issues under the new project SOP and identify key risks
• Analyze critical production problems and develop effective solutions
• Continuously train and learn about operations in other departments
• Proficient in CAD software and project managements tools
• Implement cost - effective solutions and drive process omprovements
• Act as the main technician contact for both customers and suppliers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or similar.
• One to three years of experience with AutoCAD
• English Advanced
• Familiarity with regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
