Una empresa líder en el sector automotriz busca un Ingeniero de Desarrollo del Producto Senior en Nuevo León. Esta posición requiere una sólida experiencia en conectividad, la capacidad de diseñar sistemas de vehículos y el uso de herramientas como PowerBI. Se ofrece un ambiente de trabajo híbrido y la oportunidad de contribuir a innovaciones en movilidad sostenible.

Formación

  • Más de 2 años en temas de conectividad en el sector automotriz.
  • Conocimiento de lógica eléctrica/electrónica e interfaces.

Responsabilidades

  • Proponer un plan de trabajo para la adopción de nuevas tecnologías de conectividad.
  • Diseñar y documentar sistemas y componentes de vehículos.
  • Implementar la arquitectura de conectividad en el vehículo.
  • Realizar pruebas para asegurar el rendimiento de la infraestructura de conectividad.

We are looking for: Ingeniero de Desarrollo del Producto Senior

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Propose a work plan for the adoption and implementation of new connectivity technologies focused on improving the efficiency, sustainability, and security of our buses.
  • Conceptualize, design, adapt, and document vehicle systems and components to meet project requirements.
  • Plan and assemble engineering prototypes, complete systems, or specific systems, according to design information, and issue a report.
  • Implement the architecture that supports connectivity within the vehicle, determining the type of network topology, communication protocols, and necessary hardware devices to achieve seamless connectivity, considering factors such as scalability, interoperability, and security to create a solid network infrastructure.
  • Analyze and propose the necessary hardware and software components for efficient data transfer within Daimler entities worldwide, in order to evaluate the technical feasibility for market introduction.
  • Analyze and implement data solution strategies for MBA, meeting specific market needs with a reliable and flexible platform, leveraging connectivity platform data to improve market development strategies.
  • Perform tests to ensure the performance, reliability, and security of the connectivity infrastructure, analyzing network traffic, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing the network to improve data transfer rates and reduce latency.
  • Implement solid security measures, such as encryption, authentication, and intrusion detection systems, to protect vehicle information against unauthorized access and data breaches.
  • Analyze and resolve problems in series units and in the field, to meet project requirements.
  • Maintain the Integral Management System to comply with certification programs.
  • Always act in strict compliance with applicable local and international regulations, such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the Daimler Truck Code of Conduct, as well as any other policy and procedure established for Daimler Truck.

Education:

  • Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Automotive Engineering, or related career.
  • Master's degree desirable.

Experience:

  • More than 2 years in connectivity topics in the automotive sector.
  • Knowledge of electrical/electronic logic and interfaces.

Specific Knowledge:

  • Connectivity systems, vehicle electrical architectures, such as ITS, B2E, B2Ece. New technologies, documentation systems.
  • Communication protocols.
  • PowerBI.
  • Diagnosis and parameterization systems.
  • Data analysis (data science).

Modality: Hybrid.

Competencies: Teamwork, results-oriented, analytical.
