Kyndryl busca un Ingeniero de Datos con más de 5 años de experiencia en Data Warehousing y Data Lakehouses para diseñar y optimizar pipelines de datos en la nube. El candidato trabajará con Databricks, Unity Catalog y herramientas de Azure para garantizar rendimiento, seguridad y gobernanza de datos, colaborando estrechamente con equipos de negocio y analítica.

Se valorará conocimiento en Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse y experiencia en DevOps/CI-CD para automatizar flujos.

Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia en Ingeniería de Datos, Data Warehousing y Data Lakehouses.
• +3 años de experiencia en Databricks, diseño y canalizaciones de datos, Unity Catalog y rendimiento.
• Experiencia en Microsoft Fabric y Azure Data Services.

Responsabilidades

• Diseño y operación de canalizaciones de datos con Databricks y Spark.
• Gestión de catálogos (Unity Catalog), capacidad y rendimiento.
• Gobierno de datos, seguridad y buenas prácticas de operación.
• Desarrollo en Python, SQL y CI/CD para pipelines de datos.
• Colaboración con equipos de análisis y negocio para entregar datos confiables.

The Role

Experiencia técnica requerida +5 años en Ingeniería de Datos, Data Warehousing y Data Lakehouses.

• +3 años de experiencia específica en Databricks, incluyendo diseño y operación de canalizaciones de datos, administración de catálogos (Unity Catalog), gestión de capacidad y rendimiento, optimización de cargas de trabajo con Spark, gobierno de datos, seguridad y mejores prácticas de operación.
• Experiencia avanzada en Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Data Factory, Data Engineering, Data Warehouse y Power BI), Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, Synapse Analytics, Event Hubs, Python, SQL, Spark, CDC, ETL/ELT y CI/CD.

Who You Are

Experiencia en Cloud & DevOps +3 años de experiencia intermedia en Microsoft Azure. Implementación y automatización de infraestructura utilizando VMs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, AKS, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform y servicios serverless.

Experiencia en IA Experiencia en Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, RAG, Vector Search e integración de aplicaciones de IA Generativa.

Otros requisitos Inglés intermedio.

Se requiere Certificaciones intermedias y avanzadas en Microsoft, Fabric y Databricks.
