Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in preparing detailed cost estimates for various types of construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, labor, and market pricing.
• Proficiency in cost estimating software (e.g., CostX, Sage Estimating) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of bidding and contract administration processes.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
