Field Engineer - Sand Control

Responsibilities:

1. Supervising the training of less experienced engineers and personnel.
2. Collaborating with the customer representative and sand control personnel to coordinate operations.
3. Carrying out other related activities as required.
4. Maintaining records and communication with ground personnel.
5. Promoting and maintaining the relationship with the client.
6. Ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Graduated in engineering.
• Experience in offshore operations.
• Minimum of 5 years in sand control operations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (desirable).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Operational knowledge including:
• Fundamentals of well
• Sand control course
• Sand control job design
• Sand control job simulation
• Data collection software
• Leadership course

Desired Characteristics:

The engineer should possess strong communication skills, value teamwork, be creative to solve issues, proactive, dynamic, and capable of remaining calm under adverse situations. Additionally, they should have a solid understanding of engineering and technical fundamentals.
