Formación

• Experience in quality functions within engineering and technical environments.
• Knowledge of AIAG guidelines for PPAP documentation.

Job Description

• Coordinates, administers, and performs the quality function of an engineering and technical nature to ensure product quality and reliability at minimum quality costs. This includes:
• Completion and documentation of all phases of the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process.
• Preparation and submission of all necessary PPAP documentation per AIAG guidelines.
• Development of gauge concepts and procurement of gauges for specific programs.
• Collaboration with component and tooling/equipment suppliers to improve products and resolve manufacturing problems, which may involve travel to customer or supplier locations.
• Participation in Simultaneous Development Teams (SDTs).
• Participation in internal audits as required.
• Training Quality and Production personnel in Quality requirements related to specific programs.

Support for the Product Introduction Process

Assist through all phases of prototype fabrication and delivery.
