Responsibilities

1. Conduct process level audits (Panda, standard work, quality procedures).
2. Coordinate problem-solving solutions and opportunities affecting volume metrics and efficiency related to low-performing suppliers.
3. Lead scrap reduction projects.
4. Identify system improvement opportunities and work on continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Update the deviation system and notify Quality personnel, receipt inspectors, Quality Engineering, and Process Engineering of deviations.
6. Monitor and periodically report the status of deviations to ensure effective closure.
7. Notify released engineering changes.
8. Maintain, improve, and control Quality and Management System documentation according to applicable standards or norms, including internal and external documentation.
9. Follow up on Non-Conformities/Corrective Actions from internal audits and customer complaints until their effective closure.
10. Participate as an internal auditor of the Quality System.
11. Attend Engagement/MDI meetings.
