Safran Electrical & Power in Chihuahua, Mexico seeks a quality professional to ensure product realization meets customer requirements and manage corrective actions.

You will lead problem solving using lean tools, monitor quality plans, and communicate findings to customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

This fixed-term, full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree and intermediate English, with experience in quality processes and non-conforming material disposition.

Responsabilidades

• CONTROL THE PRODUCT REALIZATION PROCESS: ensure shipments meet customer requirements, build to specs, and ship defect-free products.
• Define, monitor and evaluate quality plans and practices.
• Implement and follow up on problem solving using lean manufacturing tools.
• Ensure disposition of non-conforming material.
• MANAGE THE CORRECTIVE AND PREVENTIVE ACTION PROCESS: document and follow up actions; verify effectiveness.
• Maintain database for internal and external quality.
• COMMUNICATE WITH THE EXTERNAL CUSTOMER: prepare and present information on quality issues and respond to inquiries/claims.

CONTROL THE PRODUCT REALIZATION PROCESS

• Ensure shipment of a product which meets the customer requirements, by building according to client specifications. SHIP DEFECT FREE PRODUCT.
• Ensure the product-process control according to the customer specifications.
• Define, monitor and evaluate the effectivity of quality plans and practices.
• Implementation and follow-up of problem solving thru the usage of lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
• Ensure appropriate disposition of Non Conforming material detected.

MANAGE THE CORRECTIVE AND PREVENTIVE ACTION PROCESS

• Document and follow-up internal and external corrective actions.
• Verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions implemented.
• Maintain database for internal and external quality.

COMMUNICATE WITH THE EXTERNAL CUSTOMER

• To be to prepare and present information to customer regarding quality issues or to provide response to customer inquiries/ claims.
