• Strong understanding of automotive systems (powertrain, chassis, electronics, infotainment).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in data analysis and report generation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ISO/SAE knowledge.
• Experience in Culiacán, Sinaloa or similar industrial environments is advantageous.
