Job summary

Trane Technologies plc is seeking a field-based HVAC technician to ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems at client sites. The role requires performing preventive and corrective maintenance, site inspections, and service requests, while communicating findings clearly to clients.

The ideal candidate will have mechanical or electrical engineering training, field experience with HVAC units, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment at customer sites.
• Inspect and test systems; prepare and present technical reports.
• Repair mechanical and electro-mechanical components through component fabrication, repair, adaptation and/or adjustment.

Resumen de la posición:

Garantiza la satisfacción del cliente al identificar, analizar, diagnosticar y reparar los equipos y los sistemas en la ubicación del cliente. Realiza mantenimiento preventivo programado y no programado, inspecciones, encuestas de sitio y solicitudes de servicio. Repara los componentes mecánicos y electromecánicos de maquinaria y equipos productivos y no productivos mediante la fabricación, reparación, adaptación y/o ajuste de piezas y componentes según sea necesario.

Responsabilidad:

• Realizar actividades deMantenimiento, Arranquesde equipos HVAC (Enfriadores de agua y equipos tipo paquetes, Bombas).
• Auditorias de seguridad en campo.
• Elaborar reportes técnicos.
• Interpretar diagramas eléctricos y control básicos.

Calificaciones:

• Ingeniería Mecánica y/ Eléctrica,pasante o Carrera grado Técnico terminado en mantenimiento industrial o en Aire acondicionado y refrigeración, Mecánica o Eléctrica.
• Experiencia con trabajo en campo en mantenimiento a instalaciones HVAC.
• Experiencia con unidades centrifugas.
• Disponibilidad de viajar 50%.
• Enfoque en Servicio al Cliente y solución de problemas técnicos.
• Manejo de programas office.
• Inglés básico.
• Licencia de manejo de vehículo.
