Trane Technologies is seeking a Process and Quality Engineer (PQE) for the Assembly area to help meet safety, quality, production, delivery, and cost goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement in metal-mechanical manufacturing.
You will audit and maintain processes, update PFMEA, control plans, JSA, line balances, and monitor KPIs like scrap, FPY and downtime. A Bachelor's in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering is required with ~3 years in manufacturing/quality.
