Job Description

Reliability Engineer with experience in optimizing and maintaining critical industrial equipment, including heat exchangers, centrifugal pumps, power transmission systems, reactors, and condensers. Specialist in failure analysis using PFMEA, implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include:

• Driving reliability by identifying, scoping, and executing projects to maximize plant OEE.
• Developing and managing Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs, including inspections, training, and record management.
• Maintaining Mechanical Integrity (MI) programs to ensure compliance with standards.
• Analyzing and resolving issues related to repeat failures and costs.
• Collaborating with Production, Safety, and Quality teams for technical support and troubleshooting.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
