Alvarez & Marsal seeks a professional to support preparation and development of materials and proposals for new business opportunities, applying technical and strategic knowledge to provide insights and innovative client solutions.

You will engage directly with clients, leading workstreams from conception to implementation to ensure effective delivery of business initiatives, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and analyzing data to develop critical insights.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in planning, budgeting, risk analysis, and contract management.
• Experience in infrastructure, energy, industrial, or capital projects preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with structured reasoning.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, AACE, Agile, Lean).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced English required.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project control tools.
• Availability to travel.

• Proactively anticipate critical actions and respond swiftly to project demands to ensure success.
