Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a IODM Manager for AMERICAS located in Guadalajara, North.

Reporting to the Global IODM Sr Manager, Information Technology, the IODM Manager for AMERICAS role will be in charge of driving the Infrastructure Operations Delivery Management on behalf of GBS Infrastructure teams to sites, collaborating closely with site IT infra teams to collect demand and organize GBS infra teams to design and deliver the proper solution. In addition, this person will oversee collecting P1 information from sites, coordinating Problem Management resolution, and connecting teams for Preventive Action replication.

What a typical day looks like:

• Transition Management for Infrastructure from GBS to AMER Sites
• P1 coordination for corporate infrastructure at AMER sites
• Change Management for AMER Sites
• Problem Management for AMER Sites
• Project Management coordination for GBS infra to AMER Sites
• Communication Management with AMER Sites
• Scheduling of Site P1 / IT Operation Review
• Gathering P1 Site data for AMER Sites
• Coordination for PM review out of P1 for Sites
• Distribution and tracking for Preventive Action to IT and Non-IT

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience
• Previous years of related experience in similar positions.
• Demonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and basic people and/or process management skills.
• Demonstrates advanced/thorough knowledge of the function and Flex business.
• Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes, industries, or functions and comprehension of connections of such processes at the sites
• Proficient English skills.
