Getnet Platforms, part of Santander Group, seeks an Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, maintain and optimize infrastructure supporting critical payment services. You will partner with development teams, coordinate deployments, and ensure security and scalability across environments.

The role requires Linux/Unix proficiency, experience with AWS/OpenShift, databases like Oracle and PostgreSQL, and familiarity with WebSphere/Tomcat, ServiceNow, Git/Jira/Confluence, and messaging queues.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Infrastructure Engineering or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and modern infrastructure tech.

What you’ll do

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting development teams by designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing infrastructure solutions that ensure the availability, security, and scalability of critical payment services.

What we’re looking for

• Partner with development teams to understand and address infrastructure requirements.
• Coordinate and execute infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and operational strategies.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize new and existing infrastructure environments.
• Perform server migrations, patch management activities, and certificate renewals.
• Manage infrastructure lifecycle activities, including decommissioning obsolete components.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and implement sustainable solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Infrastructure Engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Unix operating systems.
• Experience with AWS and OpenShift environments.
• Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
• Knowledge of WebSphere and Tomcat application servers.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, ChangeMan, Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience working with IBM MQ and RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of HTTPS, TLS/mTLS, SSH keys, certificates, and encryption technologies.

What can earn you extra points

• Experience with Java Keytool and OpenSSL.
• Understanding of encryption standards such as AES, RSA, and SHA.
• Knowledge of payment ecosystems and transaction processing solutions, including TEF, SPEI, CoDi, and SPID.
