Job summary

Infosys in Mexico is seeking a Windows Server Administrator to install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022). You will manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Exchange online, while implementing disaster recovery practices.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, automation with PowerShell, and collaboration with development and operations teams to ensure high availability and security across production systems.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Proficiency with PowerShell for automation and routine tasks.
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and file/print services.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Windows Servers (2016/2019/2022).
• Monitor performance, availability and security of systems.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and other services.
• Support Exchange 2016/2019 and Office 365 Exchange online.
• Apply updates, patches and backups; perform disaster recovery planning.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues; collaborate with teams.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell and scripting tools.
• Participate in change management to mitigate production risk.
• Maintain run books and document procedures for operators.
