LUXSHARE is seeking an Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Analyst to support Windows servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 while maintaining a secure computing environment. The role covers infrastructure operations and cybersecurity tasks including vulnerability remediation and incident support.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of Windows infrastructure experience, familiarity with EDR and patch management, and strong PowerShell scripting skills.

Position Summary

The Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Analyst supports the organization's IT infrastructure while helping maintain a secure computing environment. This role performs daily operational tasks involving Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, endpoint management, networking, and cybersecurity monitoring.

The position provides first-level support for infrastructure security controls, helping maintain compliance with security policies, responding to security alerts, remediating vulnerabilities, and supporting cybersecurity initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure Support (50%)
2. Administer Windows Servers.
3. Manage Active Directory users, groups, and Group Policies.
4. Support Microsoft 365 administration.
5. Manage file servers and permissions.
6. Support VMware/Hyper‑V environments.
7. Monitor server health and performance.
8. Troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
9. Deploy OS and software updates.
10. Manage endpoints using SCCM or similar tools.
11. Support DNS, DHCP, and network services.
12. Develop PowerShell automation scripts.
13. Maintain infrastructure documentation.
14. Participate in disaster recovery testing.
15. Cybersecurity Support (50%)
16. Monitor EDR security alerts and investigate suspicious endpoint activity.
17. Assist with vulnerability scanning, remediation, and patch management.
18. Support OT, Digitalization, and security tool deployment.
19. Review privileged account memberships and Windows event logs.
20. Perform security audits and assist with phishing investigations.
21. Support manufacturing endpoint disaster recovery.
22. Assist in responding to security incidents and elevate when required.
23. Maintain security documentation and procedures.
24. Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives.
25. Support compliance activities, including evidence collection for CTPAT, AITF, ISO 27001, NIST, and customer audits.
