Position Summary
The Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Analyst supports the organization's IT infrastructure while helping maintain a secure computing environment. This role performs daily operational tasks involving Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, endpoint management, networking, and cybersecurity monitoring.
The position provides first-level support for infrastructure security controls, helping maintain compliance with security policies, responding to security alerts, remediating vulnerabilities, and supporting cybersecurity initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Support (50%)
- Administer Windows Servers.
- Manage Active Directory users, groups, and Group Policies.
- Support Microsoft 365 administration.
- Manage file servers and permissions.
- Support VMware/Hyper‑V environments.
- Monitor server health and performance.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
- Deploy OS and software updates.
- Manage endpoints using SCCM or similar tools.
- Support DNS, DHCP, and network services.
- Develop PowerShell automation scripts.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation.
- Participate in disaster recovery testing.
- Cybersecurity Support (50%)
- Monitor EDR security alerts and investigate suspicious endpoint activity.
- Assist with vulnerability scanning, remediation, and patch management.
- Support OT, Digitalization, and security tool deployment.
- Review privileged account memberships and Windows event logs.
- Perform security audits and assist with phishing investigations.
- Support manufacturing endpoint disaster recovery.
- Assist in responding to security incidents and elevate when required.
- Maintain security documentation and procedures.
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives.
- Support compliance activities, including evidence collection for CTPAT, AITF, ISO 27001, NIST, and customer audits.
