ALTEN Mexico seeks an Intermediate System Requirements Engineer for the Infotainment subsystem. You will define and manage requirements, elicit stakeholder needs, and collaborate with DREs and System Architects to ensure hardware and software integration within the SDLC.

You will use IBM DOORS, RTC, and JIRA to control workflows and validate design, with DFMEA risk analysis and knowledge of CarPlay/Android Auto. Hybrid opportunities may exist.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in related fields.
• 3–5 years in requirements definition, management, and elicitation.
• 3–5 years with IBM DOORS.
• 2–3 years with RTC.
• 2–3 years with JIRA.
• 3–5 years in SDLC.
• 3–5 years Diagnostics and Troubleshooting HW/SW.
• 3–5 years Systems Engineering Methodologies.
• 3–5 years vehicle protocols CAN/LIN.
• 1–5 years DFMEA/DFSS.
• 1–3 years CATIA V5.
• 2–5 years Apple CarPlay/Android Auto.

Responsabilidades

• Write, update, and maintain technical requirements for the Infotainment subsystem across production phases.
• Elicit requirements via stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Use IBM DOORS for requirements management and traceability.
• Perform system requirements analysis and support design and architecture activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure HW/SW integration.
• Use RTC and JIRA to manage workflows, tasks, and issues.
• Contribute to the SDLC for infotainment components.
• Perform DFMEA to identify design risks.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and reports.
