Job summary

You will translate shop-floor needs into practical digital solutions and collaborate with manufacturing, operations, engineering, IT, and data teams. You will work hybrid, engaging with global projects, building dashboards, data workflows, and MES-related initiatives while improving visibility, traceability, and productivity across our operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field listed.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience with digital, automation, data, dashboards, MES or data acquisition.
• Experience with data analysis/visualization tools (Power BI, SQL, Python, Grafana, Excel).
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving and influencing skills.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing 4.0 projects from problem definition to sustainment.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement dashboards, data workflows, traceability, MES initiatives, and automation.
• Collect, validate, and analyze manufacturing data; support reporting/visualization using Power BI, SQL, Python, Grafana.
• Translate needs into digital requirements and drive adoption across cross-functional teams.
