Valeo in Mexico seeks a proactive industrialization lead to drive the implementation of the new P1, improve overall production efficiency across machines and direct labor, and share process know-how within the domain. You will engage in equipment and line design with suppliers, set acceptance criteria, and lead trials with clear action plans for FDPR readiness.

Responsibilities include monitoring production lines, validating process capabilities, and participating in PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN

Formación

• Lead the industrialization of the new P1.
• Improve production efficiency in its perimeter (machine and Direct Labor).
• Capitalize and share the know-how of industrial processes in his domain.
• Participate in the design of new equipment and new lines.
• Follow equipment or assembly lines development with the supplier.
• Design small tools and validate supplier proposals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the industrialization of the new P1.
• Improve production efficiency (machine & Direct Labor).
• Capitalize and share the know-how of industrial processes in his domain.
• Participate in the design of new equipment and new lines.
• Lead Lean design workshops.
• Follow equipment and lines development with suppliers.
• Define acceptance criteria for new equipment or lines.
• Perform pre-acceptance and acceptance of equipment.
• Conduct trials on the lines and deliver reports.
• Build action plans and monitor readiness for FDPR.
• Collect capabilities of equipment and processes.
• Set up equipment and propose a PROCESS VALIDATION PLAN.
• Participate in PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN.
• Monitor QCDM and propose improvements.
• Survey equipment performance and optimize.
