Valeo in Mexico seeks a professional to lead the industrialization of the new P1 and to boost production efficiency across its perimeter, sharing know-how of industrial processes. The role includes designing new equipment and lines, and coordinating with suppliers for development and validation.

You will drive lean design workshops, define acceptance criteria, perform pre- and final acceptance tests, and deliver trials and reports to ensure FDPR readiness.

Formación

• Experience in industrialization of production lines and equipment.
• Knowledge of PFMEA and control plans in manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the industrialization of the new P1 and improve machine and direct labor efficiency.
• Design and validate new equipment and lines with suppliers.
• Define acceptance criteria, perform pre-acceptance and acceptance tests.
• Lead lean design workshops and participate in SPV/FDPR readiness activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and drive process improvements.
