Alstom in Sahagún, HID, MX is seeking a full-time onsite Industrial Planner. You will drive the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and ensure alignment with cross-functional teams, using SAP (GSI) and monitoring KPIs such as OTD and TPT.

You will lead recovery plans, coordinate with Projects, Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain, and represent Planning in Cycle 2 meetings while driving continuous improvement in planning processes.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience with production planning and MRP.
• Knowledge of SAP (GSI) or similar ERP systems.
• Experience generating and analyzing KPIs (OTD, TPT, production progress).
• Strong English for conferences with international teams.
• Leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving mindset to develop recovery plans.
• Adaptability to a dynamic environment.
• Analytical skills for demand planning and system updates.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation and release of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for assigned contracts.
• Ensure MPS is loaded into the SAP (GSI) system.
• Monitor production schedules and collaborate with departments to adhere to the plan.
• Lead recovery plans and corrective actions for deviations.
• Generate and analyze KPIs such as OTD, TPT, and production progress.
• Represent Planning in Cycle 2 meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams.
