You will partner with engineering, procurement, and operations to ensure seamless flow, identify bottlenecks, drive continuous improvement, mentor teammates, and support the company's mission to deliver sustainable mobility.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, production scheduling tools, and data analysis.
• Conversational English and Excel proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop scalable production plans that optimize resource allocation and meet fluctuating demand.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and operations to ensure seamless workflow integration.
• Monitor and enhance production reliability by identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.
• Champion process innovation, leveraging data and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Share knowledge and mentor team members to foster a culture of learning and operational excellence.
