Alstom in Ciudad Sahagún, Hidalgo, is seeking a Global Supply Planning Manager to lead scalable inventory and resource planning across international operations. You will implement robust planning processes and drive improvements through analytics and ERP systems.

Lead and mentor teams, collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics, and ensure alignment with global strategy while minimizing disruptions and enhancing efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply planning or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in advanced planning systems, ERP tools, and data analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of global supply chain concepts, risk management, and process optimization.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to drive change and mentor teams.
