seeks an IT Technician – Analyst to support and maintain the manufacturing technology stack, including shop floor systems and production IT equipment. You will provide hands-on help for hardware, software, and network issues across both manufacturing and office environments. The role emphasizes supporting MES/ERP interfaces, ensuring system uptime, and collaborating with IT, engineering, and operations to integrate IT with production machinery.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2 years of IT support experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, and Active Directory.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems, industrial PCs, and production IT hardware.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, industrial Ethernet, firewalls).
• Hands-on experience with handheld scanners, label printers, and production IT devices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure in a production-critical environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams (IT, Engineering, Operations).

Responsabilités

• Provide first and second-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues across manufacturing and office environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with end-user devices, including PCs, industrial PCs (IPCs), tablets, handheld scanners, printers, and labelers.
• Support and maintain manufacturing-specific applications (MES, ERP interfaces, SCADA, production monitoring systems).
• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining PCs, servers, industrial switches, and shop floor IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, access control, and security compliance (Active Directory, , ERP systems).
• Support production line IT devices such as barcode/RFID scanners, HMIs, vision systems, and quality control equipment.
• Monitor and ensure uptime of IT infrastructure supporting automated lines.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate IT systems with production machinery.
• Maintain backups and recovery procedures for production systems.
