Carrier Global Corporation seeks an Industrial Engineer to design, analyze, and optimize manufacturing methods, labor standards, capacities, and workflows across the plant. You will drive productivity through time-and-motion studies, line balancing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work with Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to reduce costs and ensure efficient operations. Proficiency in Power BI, Minitab, and ERP/MES systems is essential, with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of Industrial Engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with time studies, motion analysis, and line balancing.
• Knowledge of standard work development, capacity planning, and labor modeling.
• Experience designing plant layouts and optimizing material flow.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with data analysis and simulation tools such as Power BI, Minitab, FlexSim, or similar.
• Experience working with ERP/MES systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Experience in high-volume or fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.

• Prepare reports and performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Production, Logistics, and Quality teams to improve operational performance and workflow efficiency.

About the Role

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing manufacturing methods, labor standards, capacities, and workflow processes across the plant. This role plays a key part in improving operational efficiency through time and motion studies, line balancing, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Industrial Engineer works closely with Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to drive productivity, reduce costs, and ensure efficient and reliable manufacturing operations.
