Main Responsibilities
  1. Plans, coordinates, and performs manufacturing engineering work for a project or process related to Industrial Engineering.
  2. Calculates processes productivity and manpower resources, using tools such as line design and DLBT to achieve the established metrics and generate reports in BI for decision-making.
  3. Works on continuous improvement to optimize processes using lean manufacturing.
  4. Operates in a team environment within either the enterprise product delivery process or the enterprise order fulfillment process.
  5. At this level, projects are of moderate scope and responsibility or may be a significant portion of a major and diverse project or process; decisions are made within established guidelines and may be reviewed by supervisors and/or managers.
  6. May assign, coordinate, and review portions of the work for support personnel, contractors, and suppliers.

  1. Engineering Design: Skills in designing processes, systems, and workflows to meet operational goals.
  2. Process Optimization: Ability to analyze and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and productivity.
  3. Operations Research: Knowledge of mathematical models and optimization techniques to solve complex problems.
  4. Computer-Aided Design (CAD): Proficiency in CAD software for designing layouts and systems.
  5. Simulation Software: Experience with simulation tools to model processes and predict outcomes.
