Main Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and performs manufacturing engineering work related to Industrial Engineering projects or processes.
• Calculates process productivity and manpower resources, utilizing tools such as line design and DLBT to meet metrics and generate reports in BI for decision-making.
• Works on continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes using lean manufacturing principles.
• Operates within a team environment in either the enterprise product delivery or order fulfillment processes.
• Manages projects of moderate scope or a significant part of larger projects, making decisions within established guidelines reviewed by supervisors or managers.
• May assign, coordinate, and review work for support personnel, contractors, and suppliers.

• Engineering Design: Designing processes, systems, and workflows to meet operational goals.
• Process Optimization: Analyzing and improving manufacturing processes for efficiency.
• Operations Research: Applying mathematical models and optimization techniques.
