Job summary

Harting Technology Group seeks a Professional Industrial Engineer Operations to autonomously coordinate and execute engineering projects for start-up of new production lines and layout planning in the Americas region.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience in engineering and project management, plus knowledge of SAP, CoreTools, and IATF 16949. Strong English, leadership, and teamwork are essential to drive process improvements and environmental responsibility.

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2 to 3 years of work experience in engineering in a related industry.
• 2 to 3 years of work experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Autonomous execution of engineering projects for start-up of new production lines and layout planning in the Americas region.
• Budget and cost responsibility, deadline tracking, and technical coordination with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Project leader for relocation and duplication projects in the region.
• Relocation and duplication of projects and management of production facilities strategy and layout.
