Peugeot Sport (Stellantis Motorsport) seeks an Industrial Engineering professional to drive continuous improvement across model year processes and planning. You will analyze AMPS data, manage headcount and productivity KPIs, and coordinate between shifts to balance workloads while maintaining safety requirements.

Responsibilities include updating AMPS documentation, enforcing standards for non-productive material, and supporting future programs through WPI/OTP participation.

Formación

• Industrial Engineer with focus on process improvement.
• Experience in MTM-UAS or Modapts systems.
• Familiarity with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Experience coordinating across shifts and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate next Model Year Process Sheets to support Budget submission using AMPS and predetermined time analysis
• Review and implement Model Year changes
• Participate in WPI/OTP for future programs
• Improve productivity by eliminating waste and balance work loads.
• Update AMPS 3 to maintain headcount, times, scroll, material usage and vehicle safety requirements
• Deliver by using AMPS the standardized documentation to the production areas: SWI
• Define standards for as required and non productive material. Standardize methods between teams and shifts
• Manpower control of current authorization and Update Productivity KPI's
• Overtime control and approval.
