Job summary

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional workshops, establishing KPIs, and training teams on Lean Six Sigma methodologies to sustain improvements and support Dana’s operational excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of applicable experience.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improvement and lead productivity, quality, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Investigate process inefficiencies, perform data analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Organize and lead cross-functional improvement events to engage teams in solving operational challenges.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to track progress of improvement initiatives and report results to leadership.
• Provide training on continuous improvement tools and support teams through change implementation.
