What You’ll Do

• Facilitate and promote continuous improvement activities in the plant.
• Create and deploy strategies according to APS standards.
• Commit to creating an APS culture.
• Follow and promote kaizen suggestions at the site level.
• Provide training according to plant standards.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing deployment activities using APS tools.
• Implement layout improvements, including 2D & 3D Design.
